As our fund continues to go from strength to strength, we are looking for a passionate and motivated Business Relationship Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships.

As our Business Relationship Manager, you'll be the face of HESTA, managing and growing a portfolio of valuable partnerships within the Health and Community Services sector. You'll develop strategic service plans, present at industry events, and collaborate across teams to deliver outstanding partner outcomes.

Your day will see you:

•    Develop and execute strategic partnership plans

•    meet with partners to connect and deliver on strategic opportunities that meet their needs

•    Attend and present at industry events and partner functions

•    Identify growth opportunities and monitor partner performance

About you:

•    Proven track record in relationship management with year-on-year growth and retention

•    A natural relationship builder who connects easily with C-suite executives

•    Adaptable and embracing of change

•    Exceptional presentation and communication skills

•    Strong understanding of superannuation, pensions, and insurance (Desirable)

•    RG 146 Generic and Specialist Knowledge (Desirable)

•    Valid driver's license
