Enterprise Account Manager – APAC (Enterprise SaaS)
A global enterprise SaaS vendor is hiring an Enterprise Account Manager to own and grow a portfolio of strategic, Tier-1 customers across APAC.
This is a commercial account ownership role, not a support-led Customer Success position. You will be accountable for renewals, expansion, and multi-year growth within complex enterprise environments.
If you enjoy operating at C-suite level, negotiating enterprise contracts, and expanding footprint across large corporate groups, this role will suit you.
The Opportunity
You will take full commercial ownership of a portfolio of large enterprise customers in regulated, mission-critical environments (banking, finance, subscriptions, and complex enterprise platforms).
This role blends account management, expansion sales, and executive relationship leadership, with autonomy to negotiate, close, and grow revenue independently.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Owning and delivering against annual revenue targets across renewals and expansions
- Leading and closing enterprise renewals, including multi-year and enterprise-wide agreements
- Driving upsell and cross-sell opportunities across a broad enterprise solution suite
- Expanding into parent companies, subsidiaries, and new business units within existing customer groups
- Running C-suite level engagements and QBRs, positioning the platform as a strategic partner
- Building and executing strategic account plans tied directly to commercial outcomes
- Maintaining high-accuracy forecasting across renewals and expansion pipeline
- Acting as the single point of accountability for commercial outcomes across your account base
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years' experience in enterprise SaaS account management or customer-led revenue roles
- Proven track record of closing renewals and expansions independently
- Strong experience growing accounts across complex enterprise structures
- Confidence engaging and influencing CFO, CIO, COO, and senior executive stakeholders
- Commercial mindset with the ability to link platform value to ROI and business outcomes
- Experience managing large enterprise portfolios across APAC
- Sydney-based, comfortable with hybrid work and regional travel
Package & Benefits
- Base salary: $220k – $240k (including super)
- OTE: ~$320k (uncapped upside)
