JOB DESCRIPTION

We are currently recruiting for a Quality Control Monitor with experience in the food retail industry to join our team on a Full-time basis, working approximately 38 hours per week. Reporting to the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be placed on a three (3) week rotating roster where you will complete your Full-time hours over the course of four (4) days, commencing at 4.50am.

Your tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Preforming daily quality and GMP checks
  • Conducting in process inspections at all stages of production to ensure compliance with Client requirements
  • Ensuring GMP, HACCP and Coles standards are maintained and compliance requirements adhered to within the factory
  • Reporting any food safety hazards and non-quality conformances to QA Manager
  • Assisting in training of factory staff in compliance with various regulatory and client requirements
  • Data entry and filling of QA records
  • Ad hoc tasks as directed by the QA manager

Please note this position is factory based.
