About Your Opportunity

Are you ready for you next opportunity? We are seeking a highly motivated, safety focused HC Licensed Professional Local Driver to join our Bulk Chemical Division in Prestons, NSW. This is a full time position, so if you're looking for stability with a national essential service provider then this opportunity is for you Permanent shifts from Monday - Friday with opportunity for overtime available.

About Your New Position

The key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

· Delivering and picking up bulk chemical products in a safe manner to customer sites, with the ability to prioritise your workload and emphasis on always conducting yourself safely and professionally.

· Following all OH&S regulations and furthering the safety culture.

· Reading and following procedures and relevant work instructions.

· Liaising and communicating with customers and clients with a friendly and professional attitude.

· Accountability for all paperwork.

About you

To be successful in this dynamic role you will need:

· A current HC licence.

· Manual driving experience essential.

· Dangerous Goods Licence essential.

· Tanker experienced preferred but willing to invest training into the right applicant.

· Willingness to drive a rigid as well as a semi as operationally required.

· An excellent Driver History Report.

· Ability to work within a team environment, as well as unsupervised.

· A genuine interest in the transport industry.

· Sound ability to use electronic devises such as tablets to complete load documentation and Electronic Work Diary.

· A solid understanding of Chain of Responsibility and Road Transport Legislation.
