In the role of Product Owner, you will join Data and Analytics team that's doubling down on customer obsession.

In this Product owner role, you will:

  • Lead on progressive elaboration (as appropriate) for experiments, pilots and broader rollout.
  • Proactively identify and escalate impediments, creating a culture of transparency and an environment of safety and trust.
  • Prioritise delivery that is weighted to the shortest job first and maximising return on investment and strategic alignment
  • Lead, coach and develop colleagues within your squads to ensure strong commercial decision making and build high performing teams
  • Manage Product risk through early detection of product and disclosure flaws, monitoring products with metrics that demonstrate consumer outcomes (including GRACE Events and Customer Complaints), and meeting the

We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:

  • Experience in banking or financial services, ideally across product, risk, technical, or commercial domains with a focus on AI/ML/GenAI/datascience.
  • Proven experience in product ownership, with a strong track record of delivering value in complex environments.
  • Proven ability to operate within scaled agile frameworks and lead cross-functional squads.
  • Deep understanding of the software and product development lifecycle, from ideation to scaled delivery.
