We're looking for someone with a strong customer service focus, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality experiences. To join our Front of House team in our Sydney office If you're looking to take your hospitality skills into a corporate setting this is the role for you
The shifts for this role are dynamic, this role includes five 8-hour shifts a week between 7:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Friday. There may also be occasional evening events (paid over-time).
What you'll do
Coordinate with the Client Services Coordinator and servery team to confirm food, beverage, and room setup requirements for meetings and events
Monitor scheduled functions and services via the meeting room booking system, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery in line with established procedures
Provide attentive waiter service and basic audio-visual or video conferencing support during meetings and events
Ensure meeting rooms are promptly cleared, cleaned, and restocked after each session, maintaining a high standard of presentation
Restock meeting room equipment and consumables daily, ensuring correct stock rotation and maintenance of par levels
Assist with monitoring and ordering of consumables, and accurately record stock usage
Support occasional kitchen duties and assist with after-hours or off-site events as required
What you'll bring
Amazing customer service skills, a pro-active attitude and strong relationship building skills.
Previous experience in premium hospitality settings such as boardrooms, restaurants, or hotels, with a strong focus on professional table service (ideal but not required)
Proficient in Silver Service techniques and confident in delivering a high-end guest experience (ideal but not required)
Holds a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification
Comfortable using Microsoft Outlook for basic communication and scheduling tasks
Committed to delivering outstanding customer service with a friendly, professional, and proactive approach
Works well as part of a collaborative team, supporting colleagues to ensure smooth service delivery and a positive work environment.
