Front Office Assistant –Professional Services Firm
About the Company:
Our client is a leading professional services firm who is reimagining their workplace experience for their clients and employees.
This role is pivotal to the front of house team.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage the firm's café, which includes making coffees for clients and staff using a professional barista coffee machine
- Provide refreshments to guests and staff
- Front of house service to clients, visitors and internal stakeholders
- Co-ordinate with vendors for event setup
- Assist in handling concierge phone calls and emails
- Manage room bookings
- Assist in travel arrangements
- Co-ordinate expense claims and invoicing
Skills required:
- Barista training / skills to make cafe quality coffee (happy to provide training)
- Experience in a client facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Administrative experience
The right candidate for this role is outgoing, professional, ambitious, displays a positive outlook, and motivation and initiative in all tasks. Ideally the candidate will have barista experience (or willingness to be trained). If this sounds like you, please apply here.
