Monash Health is seeking a Senior Clinician Speech Pathologist Grade 3 for a full-time, 12-month fixed-term leadership role. What You'll Do:
- Lead aged care speech pathology across Monash Health sites
- Mentor staff and students, building the next generation of leaders
- Deliver evidence-based care and champion innovation
- Play a key role in service redesign and transformation
About You:
- 7+ years' clinical experience and CPSP eligibility
- Bachelor's or Master's in Speech Pathology (including recognised overseas qualifications)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Passion for speech pathology and continuous improvement
- Excited to shape a new role and leave your mark
