The Role:

As a Software Sales Representative (SaaS) at , you will be instrumental in driving the adoption of our innovative platform among aged care providers. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Lead the Charge: Identify and engage potential clients across residential, community, and home care sectors, while nurturing and expanding existing client relationships.

  • Prospect with Purpose: Drive new business through a mix of outreach activities including LinkedIn messaging, calls, emails, and digital networking to build a strong and sustainable sales pipeline.

  • Be on the Road: Visit aged care providers, attend expos, conferences, and industry networking events to promote and represent the brand with professionalism and confidence.

  • Showcase Innovation: Deliver tailored product demonstrations and presentations that highlight how our platform and its built-in AI assistant, Norma, simplify compliance and drive better outcomes.

  • Expand Horizons: Contribute to 's growth by helping us branch into new markets and industries beyond aged care, sharing ideas on where our solutions can make the biggest impact.

  • Stay Connected: Maintain regular contact with clients to ensure their success and satisfaction, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.

  • Bring Back Insights: Share client and market feedback with the product and marketing teams to help shape ongoing development, strategy, and positioning.

  • Be a Brand Voice: Represent through content, podcasts, and events, including contributing to our Care Exchange podcast and thought leadership initiatives.

  • Collaborate & Strategise: Work closely with leadership to refine sales tactics, explore new channels, and design outreach strategies that align with company goals and market opportunities.
