As a leader, you will guide a team with diverse experience, a collaborative spirit, and an unwavering commitment to putting customers at the centre of everything we do. 

Your team will be made up of Relationship Executives, the Team Manager, Senior Associates, Analysts & Account Managers. The segment we focus on is businesses that turnover between $30m - $150m or $10m - $50m in commercial lending requirements. Delivering on a range of needs and requirements, including transactional banking, commercial lending, working capital finance, asset finance and risk management.

Using your ability to coach, mentor and engage both your team and our clients, you will focus on growing quality business across diversified markets. You will work with a strong performing team with excellent growth potential and will have oversight across our thriving customer base across Western Sydney.

More specifically, you will:

• Utilise your industry expertise to understand and identify key opportunities within an ever changing commercial landscape, and develop strategies accordingly

• Coach and mentor your team, building a culture where everyone feels empowered to excel

• Build strong, lasting relationships with clients and help your team deliver outstanding service

• Have an in depth understanding of complex client needs and develop key internal relationships to maximise opportunities to deliver a broad range of financial solutions

• Drive deal execution with proven skills in origination, structuring and negotiation of complex solutions

• Represent Commbank and build your profile and across the region

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Demonstrated people leadership – Coach a team to develop uncommon customer focus, risk & credit skills and capabilities

• A real passion to lead and further develop a skilled team

• Exceptional commercial acumen and credit understanding

• Leadership capability and a strong risk management focus

• A strong success orientation and are engaged and motivated

• A tertiary qualification in Business/Finance and/or Commerce would be highly regarded
