Join CAMM Concrete as a Sales & Account Manager

CAMM Concrete, a locally owned and operated family business based in Townsville, North Queensland, is seeking a qualified and motivated Sales & Account Manager to join our team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee sales of ready-mix concrete across existing and future sites throughout North Queensland
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key accounts to provide exceptional service
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, generate leads, and develop a robust sales pipeline
  • Understand clients' needs and project requirements, providing tailored solutions
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovative ideas across all aspects of the business
  • Meet and exceed sales targets, demonstrating a strong focus on results and revenue growth
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns in a timely manner

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management or sales within the concrete/construction industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and key accounts
  • Self-motivated and proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Understanding of project requirements and ability to provide tailored solutions
  • Knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
