About the Role

As a Disability Support Worker, you will:

  • Assist participants with daily living, personal care, and meal preparation.
  • Support community access, transport, and social participation.
  • Encourage independence and confidence in everyday activities.
  • Follow individual support plans and maintain accurate documentation.
  • Work flexible hours – weekdays, evenings and weekends.

About You

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability, Community Services or equivalent (or willing to obtain).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, WWCC and NDIS Worker Screening.
  • Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
  • Positive, respectful and team-oriented attitude.
  • Excellent communication and record-keeping skills.
