Job Description:What's the role?
What do I need?
  • Strong experience with AS400, RPG, Control-M, and software deployment processes
  • Deep knowledge of system design, interface integration, and production support in complex environments
  • Proven ability to lead delivery pipelines, troubleshoot complex issues, and guide technical teams
  • Experience in Agile delivery and tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Kanban boards
  • Background in lending systems or financial services is highly desirable
  • Willingness to participate in after-hours support as part of a 24x7 shared roster
