Job Summary

This senior leadership role is part of a large-scale banking transformation program, responsible for delivering the core banking stream. The successful candidate will oversee complex change initiatives under the program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Executing the servicing technical stream includes mobilization, resource allocation, and vendor engagement to deliver program outcomes.
  • Collaboration with stakeholders across ING on technical delivery and program direction.
  • Managing program interdependencies, constraints, and resource allocations for the core banking stream.
  • Technical management and facilitation of partner engagement from RFP to contract management.
  • Supporting project audit artefacts and deliverables as per IBAL methodology.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in leading similar core banking transformation programs or organization-wide transformations.
  • Leading large teams and managing stakeholder groups, including Board level.
  • Experience working with delivery partner resources and stakeholders across different time zones.
  • Extensive people leadership experience with influencing and negotiation skills.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in programme management, team leadership, and stakeholder engagement.
