Core Banking Platform Specialist

The Core Banking Platform is the backbone of modern banking, providing a robust and scalable architecture for delivering exceptional customer experiences. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

This role requires expertise in SAP HANA administration, with a deep understanding of HANA architecture and hands-on experience in implementing high availability and disaster recovery solutions. Additionally, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and improve customer engagement through partnerships, ventures, and digital ecosystems.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual who can contribute to our Core Banking Platform Crew. The successful candidate will have a strong passion for designing and developing modern solutions, with a natural drive to educate and communicate complex technical concepts to various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and improve the scalability and resilience of our Core Banking Platform systems.
  • Develop and deliver innovative solutions that drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices and ensure compliance.
  • Perform security assessments and provide expert advice on platform security.
  • Lead efforts to implement containerization and infrastructure as code tools like Ansible and Terraform.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the field of SAP HANA and cloud computing.

Tech Skills

SAP HANA Skills: Core SAP HANA Administration, HANA Architecture, High Availability and Disaster Recovery, HSR Replication Setup, Table Partition, Scale-up and Scale-out Architecture, Performance Tuning, Dump Analysis.

SAP Skills: SAP Basis Administration, Parameter Changes, Kernel Upgrades, Support Pack Upgrades, SQL Performance Tuning, System Parameters.

AWS Services: EC2, ECS, S3, VPC, Route 53, CloudWatch, FSx ONTAP.

Container Technologies: RHEL Systems, Pacemaker Cluster.

Scripting Languages: Bash, Python.

IaC Tools: Ansible, Terraform.
