We're on the lookout for experienced CFA piling crew members to join our team. If you've spent at least two years working in CFA piling — whether as an offsider, concrete pump operator, excavator operator, or rig operator — we want to hear from you.

We're building a strong team and need people who already understand the fundamentals of CFA work and can step in confidently.


About the Role

We have multiple positions available across the CFA piling crew, including:

  • Piling Offsiders
  • Concrete Pump Operators
  • Excavator Operators
  • Rig Operators

You'll be working alongside a CFA piling rig, assisting with all aspects of daily operations, including:

  • Operating and managing concrete pumps
  • Supporting the rig operator with augers, positioning, spoil, and setup
  • Working with excavators for site prep, spoil removal, and tool changes
  • Handling CFA concrete pours
  • Managing tools, hoses, and general site organization
  • Keeping accurate records and working closely with supervisors
  • Ensuring high safety and quality standards at all times

About You

To be successful, you'll need:

  • Minimum 2 years experience in CFA piling (any position on the crew)
  • Good understanding of either site setup, concrete pumping, rig support, and piling safety
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Ability to work as part of a tight, fast-moving crew
  • Physically fit and comfortable with hands-on work
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
