Flight Crew members are responsible for ensuring passenger safety, comfort, and compliance with aviation regulations during flights. They provide high-quality in-flight service, assist in emergency situations, and maintain communication with the cockpit and ground staff. Flight Crew act as representatives of the airline, ensuring a safe and pleasant travel experience for passengers.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure passenger safety by enforcing airline regulations and safety procedures.
- Conduct safety demonstrations before take-off ensuring clear passenger understanding.
- Provide excellent in-flight service, meals, and assistance to passengers.
- Manage emergency situations with calmness, efficiency, and professional conduct.
- Maintain communication with cockpit crew regarding passenger and flight needs.
- Assist boarding passengers, checking tickets, and providing seating guidance.
- Monitor cabin conditions, ensuring cleanliness, comfort, and passenger satisfaction.
- Handle passenger complaints and requests with professionalism and empathy.
- Strong communication skills with fluency in English and regional languages.
- Excellent interpersonal skills for interacting with diverse passenger groups.
- Ability to remain calm and composed during emergency situations.
- Physical fitness and stamina to handle long-duration flight duties.
- Teamwork and adaptability to coordinate effectively with crew members.
