Precast Shift Supervisor
The Role

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Precast Supervisor to lead operations in our precast yard. You will be responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring safety compliance, and maintaining high-quality standards.


Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate precast concrete production activities.
  • Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
  • Manage and mentor production staff.
  • Monitor workflow and productivity.
  • Liaise with project managers and clients as needed.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in precast concrete or construction supervision.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of WHS regulations and quality control.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
  • Forklift or crane license (preferred but not essential).
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in precast concrete or construction supervision required.
  • Australian citizens or permanent residents only.
  • Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and technical drawings.
