We're seeking a motivated and experienced Assembly Team Leader to oversee our Roller Shutter production line. If you're hands-on, safety-focused, and passionate about leading a team to deliver high-quality results, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and coordinate daily operations of the roller shutter assembly team.
  • Ensure all products are assembled to specification, quality standards, and deadlines.
  • Train, support, and supervise team members to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.
  • Monitor workflow, troubleshoot issues, and implement process improvements.
  • Liaise with Factory supervisor on logistics, and quality control to ensure smooth production flow.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in roller shutter or similar product assembly. (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Forklift license
