Qualifications & experience

  • Bachelor's degree in science or a related field, MBA or an advanced degree is a plus.
  • 2 years of progressive experience in sales and business development roles within the nutraceutical ingredients or dietary industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth in the international market.
  • Strong understanding of the nutraceutical industry, including regulatory requirements, market dynamics, and customer segments.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strategic thinker with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Tasks & responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies, set sales targets, and maximize customer loyalty.
  • Create strategies to promote organization's goods and services to B2B accounts.
  • Build and maintain the organization's image and reputation with customers, investors, and the wider public.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Act as the main point of contact between key customers and internal teams.
  • Prepare reports, budgets, and forecasts and present them to management.
  • Represent the organization at official occasions, negotiations, conventions, seminars, and forums, and act as a liaison between areas of responsibility.
  • Resolve any customer issues and complaints to maintain trust and satisfaction.
