The AEC seeks a Senior ServiceNow Technical Analyst (Technical Lead) to deliver and support ICT projects/programs across ServiceNow environments. The role will involve developing and maintaining ServiceNow platforms and solutions in line with Agile delivery methods.
Key Duties and Responsibilities

Take ownership of ServiceNow solution design and development

Lead development teams, set priorities, and drive high performance

Develop and maintain user stories and delivery plans
-
Perform ServiceNow coding in JavaScript and configuration using Flow Designer, UI Builder, and Business Rules

Design, develop, test, and implement integrations and enhancements
-
Rapidly resolve issues in fielded and developing ServiceNow applications
-
Recommend and implement new ServiceNow features and improvements
-
Collaborate with vendors and business stakeholders to mitigate risks and remove blockers
-
Operate within Agile teams and deliver to standards

Act as the conduit between business and technical teams across SDLC

Utilise ServiceNow functionality such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, Service Portal widgets, and Configurable Workspaces

Use agile tooling such as Azure DevOps or ServiceNow agile module

Tertiary qualifications or recognised certification in Information Management, Computer Science, or related field

Industry recognised ServiceNow certifications (CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM)

Knowledge of IT frameworks (e.g. ITIL)

Experience delivering large-scale ICT programs in a Commonwealth Government context
