ServiceNow Developer Position

This role involves the development and enhancement of ServiceNow applications, integration of workflows, and collaboration across teams to deliver stable, efficient, and high-quality platforms.

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled ServiceNow professional who enjoys working in an agile environment with strong collaboration skills and proficiency in Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Configure ServiceNow Applications: Design, develop, and configure ServiceNow applications to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Teams: Collaborate with analysts, researchers, and designers to deliver solutions that meet business needs.
  • Maintain and Enhance Existing Modules: Maintain and enhance existing ServiceNow modules and integrations to ensure they remain relevant and effective.
  • Provide Technical Support: Provide advanced technical support, bug fixes, and root cause analysis to resolve system issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience in developing and maintaining ServiceNow solutions using best practices.
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator plus at least one Implementation Specialist certification in relevant workflows.
  • Strong Collaboration Skills: Strong collaboration skills and proficiency with Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure DevOps.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to monitor system health and address issues proactively.
