Job DescriptionASICS have an exciting and rare opportunity to join our People & Culture team as Talent Acquisition Business Partner, covering a 10-month parental leave contract. Reporting to the General Manager of People & Culture, this role will be responsible for partnering with hiring managers to align and deliver on talent and capability needs with ASICS' strategic plan.

- Drive ASICS' EVP and Sound Mind Sound Body ethos and ensure these principles are promoted in all talent activities
- Ensuring our systems, processes, and practices align with our objective to recruit the best people to support business growth and objectives
- Lead the proactive recruitment of our people through sourcing, talent pooling, networking, head hunting, advertising and more
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to attract top talent for all roles across the business
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to review all talent needs and ensure we are adapting to market trends
- Build, develop and manage talent pipelines and candidate communities
- Manage annual/seasonal recruitment to ensure adequate support is in place across the business
- Group interviews and volume recruitment/assessment days
- Systems administration and infrastructure development to support your remit, with a continuous improvement approach to ensure we are set up for success when attracting top talent
- Continuously review processes to ensure we are remaining relevant and delivering best practices
- Reporting and analysis of business trends and talent metrics and KPIs
- Champion people and culture communication, engagement and CSR initiatives
- Support the effective and efficient onboarding of all new team members.

That's enough about us Here's what we hope to see from you:
- Minimum 3-5 years' experience in human resources, with a talent/recruitment focus
- Ability to develop strong and mutually trusting relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in maintaining and utilising a HR systems/platforms (SmartRecruiters ATS experience is highly favourable)
- Understanding of the retail award is desirable
- Energetic and proactive individual who is accustomed to working in a fast-paced environment and has proven capacity to work well under pressure
- Hands on, self-motivated, well organised, and have the ability to work autonomously
- Driven to continuously improve both yourself and the business
- Operates strategically to drive the people and culture agenda in alignment with department, regional and global goals
