About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter for a hybrid role that includes formwork duties as well as assisting with set-out and onsite concrete operations. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a well-established industrial concreting company known for high-quality workmanship and a supportive crew.

You'll be working across a range of industrial and commercial concrete projects, contributing to formwork installation, stripping and structural preparation, as well as assisting with set-out and pour activities when required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install and strip edge boards
  • Formwork for Loading Docks, Columns, and Stairs
  • Set out footings and key structural elements
  • Use total station equipment (training provided if required)
  • Assist during concrete pours as needed
  • Read and interpret drawings where required
  • Maintain safe work practices and adhere to site protocols
  • Work collaboratively with a reliable and friendly crew

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter
  • Strong understanding of industrial concreting environments
  • Experience with set-out and/or total station use (or willingness to be trained)
  • Reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • White Card (required)
  • Driver's License and Reliable Transport
  • Additional tickets are highly regarded
