About the role

Link-Force Au' is seeking an experienced Formwork Carpenter to join our team in Brisbane, QLD. This is a casual position, offering the flexibility to choose your work hours and locations that suit your needs.

What you'll be doing

  • Reading and interpreting construction blueprints and specifications to accurately cut, assemble and install formwork components
  • Ensuring formwork is constructed to precise specifications and safety standards
  • Coordinating with other trades to maintain project timelines and quality
  • Troubleshooting any issues that arise and offering practical solutions
  • Mentoring and training junior carpenters as required
  • Maintaining a safe and tidy work environment

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience as a Formwork Carpenter, ideally 3+ years
  • Strong working knowledge of construction materials, methods and safety protocols
  • Ability to read and interpret construction plans and drawings
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Good communication and teamwork abilities
  • Carpentry or Cabinet Making trade qualification
  • Current construction industry safety certifications (e.g. White Card)
