Property & Asset Services Manager- ACT

Downer has been awarded the Property and Asset Services (PAS) contract to deliver base and estate services across their two largest regions NSW/ACT and QLD. This is a significant milestone for our business and our enduring 80+ year relationship with the Australian Defence Force.

What You'll Do

This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:

• Lead and manage PAS operations across ACT region.
• Ensure compliance with Defence and Downer standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to deliver estate services.
• Drive continuous improvement in service delivery.
• Manage team performance and development.

What You'll Bring

• Proven leadership in asset management or related field.
• Strong understanding of Defence estate operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience in managing large teams and complex projects.
• Relevant qualifications in facilities or asset management.
