Hawthorn East, Australia Coles Group Full time $90,000 - $120,000 per year

We've been trusted to serve Aussie communities since 1914 and grown to become a top 30-listed on the ASX with over 115,000 team members and a portfolio of iconic brands. At Coles Group, you'll not only get to make a difference to millions of Aussie lives—you'll also get to see your impact.

About the team

As the way we shop continues to evolve, our Digital team keeps us at the cutting edge. Driven by our innovative, inclusive, and forward-thinking culture, we're constantly looking at ways to create differentiated, omni-channel experiences for our customers and build the next generation of digital retailing.

About the role

As our Product Manager – Martech Integrations, you'll be the technical and strategic lead overseeing our core Martech platforms – including our CDP, marketing automation tools, and AI-driven capabilities. You'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Architecture, Data, and Marketing to define scalable integration patterns and ensure our platforms are secure, compliant, and future-ready.

Key Responsibilities

•    Own the operation, optimisation, and governance of MarTech platforms, ensuring compliance with enterprise and privacy standards.

•    Lead technical solution reviews and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deliver scalable, maintainable platform solutions.

•    Define and embed integration best practices (API-first, zero-copy, event-driven, real-time) across teams.

•    Develop and maintain a forward-looking technical roadmap aligned with business needs and enterprise architecture.

•    Act as the technical custodian of the MarTech stack—ensuring platform health, performance, scalability, and readiness.

•    Drive integrations between MarTech platforms and enterprise data infrastructure (e.g., Snowflake, Adobe Target, AEM).

•    Provide hands-on leadership for complex implementations such as identity resolution and real-time audience activation.

•    Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions during discovery and scoping phases.

•    Create and maintain technical documentation, onboarding guides, and training materials for platform users.

•    Shape product backlogs, prioritise enhancements, and manage vendor relationships and roadmaps.

•    Stay ahead of emerging Martech trends and technologies to ensure innovation and continual platform evolution.

About You

• years experience in managing MarTech platforms (e.g. Marketing Automation, CDP) or similar technical roles, with a strong understanding of modern data warehouses, APIs, streaming data, and microservices.

•    Strong exposure to AI-powered Customer Data Cloud platforms, such as Amperity, Tealium, Dataiku, Treasure Data ect.

•    Experience as a Product Manager, ideally with a focus on data platforms, SaaS, or related technologies in a retail environment

•    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

•    Competent with SQL; experience with data warehouses such as Snowflake, Redshift, or Azure.

•    Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across functions and lead through influence.
