**About the role**:
As a Product Manager within the Coles Digital Payments team team you will lead the product team and manage key internal and external relationships (including Brands, SaaS / technology providers, Schemes, Industry bodies) in order to execute key priorities aligned to our strategy across specific digital products (API, Internet Payment Gateway).

You’ll also:

- Own and manage the product roadmap and product backlog driving prioritisation that meets our commercial, compliance and Brand obligations and continually enhancing the overall product value proposition
- Research and have a deep understanding of the broader market and payment trends, assessing and distilling product requirements from consumers, Brands and card Schemes
- Undertake product development and act as the Business Owner within Payment Services’ Projects and Agile workstreams to ensure product requirements are clearly articulated and the delivery meets our requirements
- Own the vendor management and build out the partnerships with of our SaaS/Technology delivery partners
- Support commercial conversations across Master Services Agreements, Merchant Services Agreement and SOWs; and
- Support budgeting and P&L management for the relevant Digital product
- Embedding compliance requirements into business planning and practices

**About you and your skills**:
You will have extensive Product Management and delivery experience, ideally gained in digital payments products across the end-to-end value chain.

You’ll also have:

- Experience in end-to-end product or proposition development (e.g. enhancing existing products or services, or developing new products or services)
- Exceptional influencing skills and the ability to navigate internal and external organisations to build and leverage relationships
- Ability to perform product reporting, economic modelling, and support business case development
- Experience in gathering and articulating business requirements and developing value propositions that align to business objectives
- Strong understanding of the payments industry, payment trends and emerging payment technologies
- Understanding of payments regulatory environment including card scheme rules
- Ability to lead, manage and develop a small direct team to achieve our business objectives and foster and develop a strong culture
