**About the team**:

**About the role**:
As a Product Manager within the CFS Lending team you will manage the suite of Coles lending products (Cards & Personal Loans) to ensure products are well managed through the product lifecycle, are appropriately designed, priced, and compliant and meet the needs of customers.

You’ll also:

- Be accountable for ideation, creation and driving execution and evaluation (PIRs) of customer offers and product bundles
- Work collaboratively with key partners and internal stakeholders to agree offer parameters and commercial arrangements, including co-funding where appropriate
- Work closely with NAB to monitor operational performance, and collaborate and agree on prioritised customer experience, service, and product changes to improve the customer experience
- Monitor customer complaints data to identify relevant insights and opportunities for improvement, including identification of root causes and solutions
- Take the lead in gathering market and competitor data concerning lending products, including regular market competitor product and pricing reviews and sharing of relevant market and customer insights

**About you and your skills**:
You will have extensive Product Management experience, ideally gained in credit cards or retail financial services, as well as experience in managing a product-based P&L and a good level of understanding of key commercial drivers.

You’ll also have:

- Experience in end-to-end product or proposition development (e.g. enhancing existing products or services, or developing new products or services)
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience managing complex key relationships with senior leaders
- Strong experience in project management framework (ideally Agile) with the ability to deliver in a fast-paced, output focused environment
- The ability to articulate complex items effectively to a range of audiences to influence desired outcomes such as approval, priority, or funding
