Ramen & Izakaya Restaurant with two successful venues is seeking Head Chef

We're looking for people who LOVE ramen, Japanese cooking techniques and have already established an excellent reputation for quality and achievement.

  • Run service

  • Lead a busy kitchen of 5-8 cooks

  • Handle rostering & ordering within budget

  • Carry out structured training that gets staff up to speed quickly and confidently

Ensure cleaning & compliance activities carried out to a high standard with regularity and completeness.

Team Development & Culture

Training & leadership are critical KPIs for these roles, along with a commitment to professional-development. It's important that you value these components of the job and can demonstrate your style or approach for each.

BOH Business Acumen

You will need to have a working understanding and experience in managing budgets for COGs & wages, along with regular compliance monitoring.
