About your new Role:
You will be the face (and the voice) of Brighter Super as the first point of contact for our valued Members, employers, and the public. Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing professional and courteous service to members and stakeholders
- Managing inbound and outbound calls, written inquiries, and Member walk ins.
- Identifying acquisition and retention opportunities, referring them to the appropriate channels.
- Participating in continuous improvement projects and peer-to-peer knowledge transfer.
- Promoting member understanding of the financial services offered by Brighter Super.
- RG 146 (Superannuation) qualification or willingness to undertake study and obtain the qualification during your first 6-month period. (Training is fully funded, and a pay rise is applicable upon successful completion and obtaining General Advice (GA) endorsement.)
- Previous experience in superannuation, insurance or finance is highly regarded.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong research and problem-solving skills.
- Strong resilience and skills in conflict management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
