About the role:
We are seeking enthusiastic Casual Food and Beverage Attendants to join our team and play a key role in ensuring the success of our venue. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests across all food and beverage areas. Responsibilities:
- Greeting and seating customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Presenting menus and providing recommendations to guests.
- Taking orders and serving food and beverages promptly and accurately.
- Anticipating customer needs and ensuring their satisfaction throughout their experience.
- Handling inquiries, concerns, and special requests.
- Processing payments and operating the POS system effectively.
- Collaborating with team members to maintain a smooth flow of service.
About You:
- Previous experience in a similar role is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and approachable demeanour.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is essential.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Fluent in English.
