A well-funded, proven product platform with global reach is now expanding into Sydney, spinning up new incubation squads focused on 0→1 product builds in marketing and loyalty.

As Lead Engineer, you get to join at the ground floor of this exciting expansion. You'll set technical direction, build squads, shape culture - and leave your mark on products that connect people around the world. 

You'll help shape a new engineering culture in Sydney, decide how we build, and guide a team that's hungry to experiment, ship, and learn fast.

This is about getting in at the ground floor of something that will scale globally. You'll see your fingerprints on products that redefine how millions of people connect with the experiences they love.

We're looking for someone who thrives on creating, not just iterating. Someone who can balance writing elegant code in C#/.NET and AWS with inspiring and enabling a high-performing team. Someone who's excited by uncertainty and loves turning ideas into impact.

What you'll bring:

  • 6+ yrs software engineering experience, including leadership / hands-on across backend, APIs, etc.

  • Strong foundations in C#/.NET, cloud platforms (AWS), database work, CI/CD pipelines

  • Product mindset, comfortable with uncertainty, experimentation, high output

  • Passion for building things that scale and delight users
