You must have the legal right to work in Australia to be considered for this role.

Job Description

  • Supervise daily front office operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, departures, and guest enquiries.
  • Lead by example in delivering exceptional guest service, embodying Accor's Heartist culture and values.
  • Assist with the training, coaching, and empowerment of Front Office team members.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and Accor brand standards.
  • Handle guest complaints and special requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Support financial performance by adhering to cash handling and accounting procedures.
  • Promote Accor's offers, services, and facilities to guests.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, supporting Accor's Workplace Health & Safety and Planet 21 environmental initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years' experience in Front Office operations, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Hospitality qualifications and strong computer/system skills (Opera experience desirable).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Multicultural awareness and a passion for delivering outstanding guest service.
  • Strong personal integrity, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
