Waiter/waitress (Supervisor)

Burrito Bar Casuarina is looking for a full-time Waiter/waitress (Supervisor) to undertake the following main duties

Supervision, training and coordination of front-of-the-house employees

Preparing displays and presenting menu, including specials

Cleaning restaurant areas, glasses and equipment

Picking up glasses and taking food and drink orders

Preparing and mixing a range of smoothies and other drinks

Taking reservations, greeting and seating guests

Attend drive through customers and third-party takeaways

Using the EFTPOS machine and supervise the entries

Maintain stock control

Practising and training staff on proper workplace health and safety procedures

Other incidental and peripheral duties as requested by the employer

The candidate must have at least for one-year previous experience in similar job. Must work independently and as a part of a team. Need to have great communication skills, good customer service skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
