About the role:

Accessibility Specialist

Responsibilities:

· Build accessibility into our design systems, components, and delivery processes

· Partner with squads and chapters to help them meet accessibility standards and achieve their goals

· Support new product features and updates to meet WCAG 2.2 AA compliance standards

· Conduct accessibility audits, usability testing, and provide clear, actionable recommendations

· Maintain a shared library of accessibility guidance, KPIs, and reusable patterns

· Promote accessibility awareness and capability through training, guidance, and hands-on collaboration

· Partner with analytics and content teams to improve accessibility reporting and measurement

Suitability:

· Strong knowledge of WCAG 2.2, ARIA, and accessibility best practices for web and mobile

· Experience using accessibility testing tools (e.g., Axe, Wave, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver)

· Experience incorporating accessibility practices into design workflows

· Experience conducting audits, documenting findings, and driving change across multidisciplinary teams

· Clear and confident communication skills with the ability to coach and influence others

Bonus if the candidate has:

· Experience in large, complex digital environments (e.g., telco, financial services, or government)

· Involvement in accessibility governance, training, or policy development

· Understanding of analytics, experimentation, and how accessibility impacts digital performance
