About Us

Victorian Imaging Specialists is a modern, purpose-built medical imaging clinic delivering X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound services. We're locally owned and operated by radiographers and radiologists with over 50 years of combined clinical experience. That means you'll be working with the owners — not for a corporate chain — in a clinic where patient care and clinical standards come first.

We've built this clinic from the ground up with a clear purpose: to create an environment where high-performing clinicians thrive, and patients receive outstanding care.

We use Siemens X-ray, CT, and MRI systems chosen for their reliability, efficiency, and image clarity — because quality outcomes start with the right tools.

The Role

As our Diagnostic Radiographer, you'll play an integral role in delivering high-quality imaging and contributing to a strong clinical team environment. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday position working across general X-ray, CT, and/or MRI depending on your skill set. Training across the range of modalities will be offered to the right candidate.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform diagnostic imaging procedures
  • Support patient comfort, safety, and quality throughout the scan journey
  • Collaborate with experienced radiologists, sonographers, and fellow radiographers
  • Contribute to efficient workflows and a high standard of image quality
  • Maintain compliance with radiation safety protocols and patient privacy standards

What We're Looking For

  • AHPRA registration as a Radiographer (required)
  • Experience with Siemens equipment preferred, but not essential
  • Confidence in general radiography, with additional skills in CT or MRI highly regarded
  • Professional, team-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement
  • A genuine focus on image quality, not just output
  • Strong communication skills and a patient-first attitude
