Role Description

This is a full-time, or part-time, on-site role for Sonographers & Radiographers at Astro Medical Imaging, located in Hillside, Melbourne, VIC 3037. Sonographers & Radiographers will be responsible for prioritising patient care and performing diagnostic medical imaging examinations. Daily tasks include preparing and operating imaging equipment, ensuring patient safety and comfort, and ensuring high-quality imaging results for accurate diagnosis. Also being able to collaborate with Radiologists and other healthcare professionals when required.

Qualifications

Sonographers:

  • ASAR registration
  • Fully competent in general sonography
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
  • Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality imaging

Radiographers:

  • AHPRA-registration
  • Keen to work with both CT (including contrast) and general X-ray
  • Strong patient care and communication skills
  • Friendly, motivated, and a team player
  • Open to learning and growing with a dynamic, independent clinic
