Job Title: Claims Adjuster

We are seeking an experienced and qualified claims adjuster to provide exceptional customer service and quote vehicles in a timely manner.

About the Role
  • Deliver excellent customer service to clients and work providers, ensuring a positive experience throughout the claims process.
  • Accurately assess damages and quote vehicles in accordance with industry standards and company procedures.
  • Conduct vehicle inspections, including mapping and imaging, to determine repair requirements.
  • Manage parts for repairs, ensuring timely arrival and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with suppliers to ensure additional work is recorded and authorized in a timely manner.
  • Assist with production management of the centre, as required.
  • Ensure vehicles are repaired to their pre-accident condition, meeting or exceeding customer expectations.
About You
  • Proven experience within a similar position, including experience in the preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
  • Proven experience with AudaNet is highly desirable, as is iBody experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and work providers.
  • Highly professional and personable, with a strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
  • Strong technical skills, with proficiency in computer systems and applications.
  • Ability to meet strict deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Able to problem-solve with accuracy and attention to detail, making informed decisions to drive business results.
  • Strong team player, able to collaborate and contribute to a dynamic work environment.
  • Reliable, punctual, and hardworking, with a strong work ethic.
