We are seeking a seasoned Vehicle Preparation Manager to oversee our Pre-Delivery Centre, ensuring new vehicles meet the highest standards.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational and time management skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, as well as experience managing a team in a fast-paced environment. They must also be able to work effectively under pressure and have confident computer skills.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting thorough safety inspections on new vehicles
  • Coordinating with accessory fitters for installation of aftermarket components and conducting quality control checks
  • Managing inventory levels at the Pre-Delivery Centre, including daily updates on vehicle status
  • Providing estimates for additional services required for used car reconditioning
  • Liaising with the sales team to coordinate delivery schedules and ensure timely completion of tasks
  • Ensuring vehicles are properly prepared for delivery, including washing, detailing, and minor repairs as needed
