Key Responsibilities:
- Complete accurate and comprehensive quotes for accident repairs on vehicles in a timely manner.
- Apply knowledge of motor vehicles and computer skills while interacting with various stakeholders.
- Work within a large network of repair facilities, providing stability and opportunities for growth.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar position, including preparation of estimates/quotations in the automotive smash repair industry.
- Experience with AudaNet is highly desirable.
- iBody experience is desirable but not necessary.
- Excellent customer service skills, including building rapport with customers and work providers.
- Highly professional and personable individual.
- Strong systems experience and competent computer abilities.
- Excel experience is an advantage but not necessary.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Ability to problem solve with excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to work effectively and collaboratively with the team.
- Strong commitment to working safely.
