This is an exciting opportunity to join our dental team as an Assistant Centre Manager in Jesmond and Cameron Park. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Centre Leader and leading a team of Dental Assistants in a positive and productive manner.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dental Assistant who is able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve excellent patient care outcomes. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of providing exceptional customer service, demonstrated leadership abilities, and a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with all aspects of running the dental practice smoothly, including scheduling appointments, managing stock and supplies, and maintaining accurate records. You will also be required to support the Centre Leader in their duties, including mentoring and guiding staff members, implementing new procedures and protocols, and contributing to the development of business strategies.
