What you'll do

From day one, you'll be encouraged to bring your ideas, energy, and enthusiasm to:

  • Lead and inspire three production teams, building teamwork and accountability
  • Promote a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement
  • Learn and apply lean manufacturing principles to boost efficiency
  • Work closely with technical experts to introduce best practices
  • Gain experience in planning, leadership, and project delivery
What you'll bring

You don't need to have decades of management experience — we're looking for someone with potential, drive, and the willingness to learn. You might:

  • Have some experience in production, operations, or manufacturing (or transferable leadership skills from another sector)
  • Hold a trade or tertiary qualification (or be working towards one)
  • Be passionate about building your leadership skills and inspiring others
  • Enjoy problem-solving, improving processes, and working in a team environment
