Role Overview

This role focuses on developing and enhancing the CRM system, ensuring its functionality, scalability, and integration with other platforms. You will work closely with stakeholders to implement new features, optimize performance, and maintain system reliability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and analyze technologies to improve system performance.

  • Develop and enhance CRM modules to support business processes.

  • Maintain, optimize, and expand the CRM system as it scales.

  • Improve existing system functionalities.

  • Design and implement integrations with external applications.

  • Conduct testing and diagnostics to ensure system reliability.

  • Implement improvements in coding, system design, and functionality.

  • Contribute as a key team member in the project.

  • Continuously develop technical skills.

  • Ensure quality in all stages of the development process.

  • Create and maintain technical documentation, user manuals, and operational procedures.

  • Provide advice on software design strategies, including financial evaluations and system upgrades.

About You

  • Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 3 years of experience in software development.

  • Knowledge of programming languages relevant to CRM and web applications.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to understand technical documentation and instructions.

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Strong communication skills.
