**The Opportunity**

The B&H Worldwide Graduate Programme is a 15-month programme that allows recent graduates to gain practical business experience across all aspects of global aerospace logistics. This is a unique opportunity providing you with real-time experience in various departments on a rotational basis including Operations (imports & exports), Warehouse & Transport, Customer Solutions, Finance and Compliance. With offices in Singapore, Hong Kong, Miami, Los Angeles, London, Sydney, Melbourne, Auckland and Hamburg, there may be opportunities throughout the programme to spend time and work in one of our global locations.

**Line Manager**:Group Head of Human Resources

**Working Pattern**:38 hours Monday to Friday

**Graduate Programme Requirements**

You should be customer-focussed with a can-do attitude and be flexible your shift patterns will change regularly depending on the department you are working in, and you may be asked to work at our global locations at short notice
- Eligibility to work in Australia for the duration of the scheme.
- Be comfortable working in a fast paced and changing environment.
- Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office suite, with the ability learn new bespoke systems.
- Be an excellent communicator with the ability to confidently and credibly engage and influence customers, partners and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
- Proven record of being responsive and innovative.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise.
- Work pro-actively using own initiative.
- Strong commercial awareness and understands impact of actions.
