Job Description

We are currently seeking a full-time Maintenance Officer to join the team at Oaks R Suites Geelong. You will be responsible for maintaining the presentation of guest rooms and public areas and carrying out repairs within the property.

About the role:

  • Undertake general repairs and maintenance as required.
  • Provide induction and supervision of external contractors.
  • Implement the preventative maintenance program for the property
  • Maintain daily work records and service schedules

Hourly Award Rate:

  • Monday-Friday: $26.70
  • Saturday: $33.38
  • Sunday: $40.05

Qualifications

Successful applicants will have:

  • Previous hands-on building maintenance experience
  • A passion for delivering exceptional service
  • Strong time management skills
  • An excellent work-ethic and proven ability to work unsupervised
  • Excellent interpersonal and communications
