Whether it was the flour in your toast or the grain in your cereal, there's a good chance GrainCorp helped get it onto your plate. As a leading force in sustainable agriculture, we connect rural communities with food, animal feed, and industrial customers across the globe. Now, we're looking for someone to help shape the next chapter of that story.

  • Publish and manage a weekly national maintenance schedule
  • Build and embed a robust preventative maintenance plan for stackers, DOHs and generators
  • Manage national maintenance budgets and resource planning
  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships and influence decision-making across the organisation
  • Lead a culture of safety, accountability, and operational excellence
  • This is a leadership role where day-to-day coaching, capability building, and strategic oversight go hand in hand.

You'll be a leader who has:

  • A degree in engineering or a trade background with additional maintenance engineering qualifications
  • Extensive experience managing maintenance functions in heavy industrial environments
  • Proven understanding of safety management systems, CMMS, and industrial relations (including EBAs)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and maintenance budgeting
  • Strong stakeholder engagement, conflict resolution, and negotiation expertise
  • A clear, decisive leadership style with a track record of developing high-performing teams

What we offer:

  • A supportive and inclusive workplace culture
  • Professional development and leadership pathways

  • Health and wellbeing initiatives
  • We're proud to be a Family Inclusive Workplace accredited employer, supporting balance, care and flexibility in every caree
