About the Role
We're looking for an experienced precision welder/fabricator with a passion for fine craftsmanship. Experience in steel window and door fabrication is highly regarded, but not essential - we value attitude, accuracy, and pride in workmanship. Full training is provided for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
- Interpret working drawings to cut and prepare materials with accuracy
- MIG weld light gauge steel for high-end furniture and cellar components
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workshop environment
- Collaborate effectively within a small, skilled team, following company policies and best practices
About You
- Strong eye for detail and commitment to producing work you're proud of
- Demonstrated reliability and a solid work ethic
- Solid experience in welding and fabrication (precision skills highly valued)
- Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role
