We're looking for skilled Boilermakers and Second Class Welders to join our friendly and experienced team in Grass Valley. You'll enjoy above award wages, overtime opportunities, and the security of Monday–Friday local work (with occasional opportunities for overtime).

We'd love to hear from you if you have:

  • Cert III in Engineering – Fabrication Trade (Boilermaking) (ideal but not essential for Second Class Welders)
  • Solid welding skills and ability to read blueprints/drawings
  • Good physical fitness and enjoy working at a steady pace outdoors
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude

In this role you will:

  • Work in the shed at Grass Valley on fabrication and repair projects
  • Read and interpret drawings to plan jobs and welding sequences
  • Set up, align, and clamp components for welding
  • Weld in multiple positions (vertical, horizontal, overhead) using manual or semi-auto equipment
  • Operate grinders and other tools to prepare or finish workpieces
  • Inspect welds for quality and safety compliance
  • Maintain equipment and follow company procedures & safety standards
  • Lend a hand in other workshop tasks when required
