We are offering a fantastic opportunity for a highly motivated individual to join our Logistics-Service team as Reverse Logistics Officer.

About the role:

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with customer service and administration experience and excellent numerical and communication skills to join our Service team. We are looking for someone to join us on a full-time permanent basis in our office based in Lidcombe.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Book-in, inspect and update system for returned items in timely and accurate manner
  • Perform testing of faulty returned items
  • Liaise with external stakeholders of return of faulty items
  • Liaise with other departments to resolve customer issues and concerns
  • Manage and monitor on-hand inventory
  • To maintain and update guideline of vendor's RMA process
  • Performing variety of administrative duties as required and assigned by the team leader/manager

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Have completed TAFE qualifications or university degree; or one to two years' related experience in Customer Service and/or warranty return experience.
  • Basic computer hardware knowledge would be an advantage.
  • Basic MS Office skills, including typing and proficiency with the MS Office suite – especially MS Excel and Outlook.
